かるびあ〜の
棗のメニューに新鮮なお肉を使ったものを増やそう！と いうことになり、自分達で試食してみないことには！！と強引？な理由をつけて、新橋にある「かるびあ〜の」さんへお邪魔してきました！
こちらは これから棗がお世話になる仕入れ業者さんの直営店で、普段のランチタイムはランチ用のメニューしかないところを、土曜日ならお昼でもいろいろなお肉を食べれる！ということで、それはそれは美味しいお肉をたくさん食べさせて頂きました(^-^)/
仔牛のレバー刺し・ハツ刺し・馬刺し・リドヴォ・ランプ肉のユッケ・短角牛のイチボ・あかうしのロース・丸腸・料理長お手製の杏仁豆腐をしっかりと美味しく試食？してきました(*^-^*)
美味しく頂くだけでなく、ちゃんとマサル君と「このお肉なら たたきが美味しそうだね！」とかミーティングをしながら食べましたよ(^-^;)
佳代さんからは『ちあき さっきから美味しい！しか言ってないけど・・・』とつっこまれましたが(^-^;)
かるびあ〜のさんは 定休日が棗と同じだった為、土曜日の昼 棗の仕込み前！という時間しか試食に伺えず、オープン早々からおしかけたのに、店長さんも料理長さんも親切に色々と対応して下さいました(^-^)ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
今日の試食の成果が 棗のメニューに発揮される日は近いです！
